How do you cook your fish?
I guess I go the simple way, fried in oil and breaded with ShoreLunch.

I'm not a big white fish eater. However I useally fry, and shore launch them. Sometimes I will cut them into thick steaks, and grill them.

We did the fish in foil thing this year. Take fish, cover with spices and butter or butter buds, cover all that with those little baby carrots. Wrap it up in foil and chuck it into the fire coals for about ½ hour. It was satisfaction all the way around.
